摘　　要：目的:探索基于智谋理论的综合团体式干预对抑郁症患者康复效果的影响。方法:采取便利抽样设计,将符合入组条件的112名住院抑郁症患者,根据病区分配到干预组与常规治疗组;于基线、干预8周末行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版智谋量表(CRS)以及精神疾病患者病耻感量表(SSPMI)评估。结果:共106名患者完成此项研究。两组基线、SSPMI总分及其3个因子(社交因子、能力因子、治疗因子)分数、智谋总分及其2个因子(个人智谋因子、社会智谋因子)分数均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。经过为期8周的干预,干预组与对照组相比,其SDS总分、SSPMI总分显著降低,智谋总分及两个因子分数显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于智谋理论的团体式干预可有效改善抑郁症患者的抑郁症状及病耻感,并提高其智谋能力。Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation outcome in patients with depression after group intervention based on resourcefulness theory.Methods:In a convenience sampling design,112 patients with depression were assigned to the treatment group(with group intervention based on resourcefulness theory)and control group(with conventional intervention)according to the ward.They were assessed with the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Chinese Resourcefulness Scale(CRS),and Scale of Stigma in People with Mental Illness(SSPMI)at baseline and 8 weeks of the intervention.Results:A total of 106 patients completed the study.There were no significant differences in demographics,the baseline of SDS,CRS,and its two factors,SSPMI and its three factors between the two groups(all P>0.05).After group intervention for 8 weeks,as compared with the control group,the total score of SAS and SSPMI in the intervention group was significantly decreased,and the total score of CRS and its two factors scores were significantly increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Group intervention based on resourcefulness theory could effectively reduce the self-stigma of patients with depression and improve their rehabilitation and intelligence.
