摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率仍是困扰人类健康的最大难题,虽然临床上治疗肿瘤的方法有很多,但肿瘤的转移及增殖仍然是难治的关键问题。围术期肿瘤的治疗通常需要使用麻醉药物,选择不同麻醉方法及药物会影响肿瘤的转移、增殖、复发及预后。随着医疗水平的不断提高,局部麻醉药在临床应用的领域和范围也越来越广泛。局部麻醉药在围术期的应用不仅能减少术中阿片类药物的用量,还能通过阻滞电压门控钠通道、减轻炎性反应、干预表皮生长因子受体、降低间充质干细胞增殖及提高免疫细胞功能等机制发挥抑制肿瘤转移及增殖的作用,本文就局部麻醉药在肿瘤转移及增殖中的作用机制进行综述。At present,the morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors are still the biggest problems of human health.Although there are many clinical treatments for tumors,tumor metastasis and proliferation are still the key problems that are difficult to treat.The treatment of perioperative tumors usually requires the use of narcotics.The choice of different anesthetic methods and drugs will affect the metastasis,proliferation,recurrence,and prognosis of tumors.With improvement of medical care,the field and scope of local anesthetic in clinical application are more extensive.The use of local anesthetic in the perioperative period can not only reduce the amount of opioids used during surgery but also play a role in inhibiting tumor metastasis and proliferation by blocking the voltage-gated sodium channel,alleviating inflammatory reaction,interfering with epidermal growth factor receptor,reducing the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells and improving immune cell function.This article reviews the mechanism of local anesthetic in tumor metastasis and proliferation.
