摘　　要：先天淋巴样细胞(ILCs)是一个主要在组织驻留的淋巴细胞家族,是参与宿主调节组织稳态和机体发挥早期抗炎作用的重要细胞。ILCs发挥生物学功能与其细胞代谢密不可分,代谢反应可以帮助ILCs生长繁殖、对外界环境做出反应,以及与Th亚群相关的适应性免疫共同抗病原体感染。研究表明,细胞代谢在ILCs活化、增殖、释放细胞因子以及影响ILCs可塑性的过程中都发挥重要作用。现结合对ILCs代谢的认识,以及代谢活动对ILCs可塑性的影响进行综述。Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)are a family of lymphocytes that reside mainly in tissues,and are important cellular components involved in the regulation of tissue homeostasis and the early anti-inflammatory effects of the body.The biological function of ILCs is closely related to cell metabolism.Cell metabolism can help ILCs to grow and reproduce,respond to the external environment,and jointly resist infection with adaptive immunity related to Th subgroup.Studies have shown that cell metabolism plays an important role in the activation,proliferation,cytokine release and plasticity of ILCs.This article reviews the understanding of ILCs'metabolism and the effects of metabolic activities on the plasticity of ILCs.
