摘　　要：Stanford A型主动脉夹层是危及生命的急症,主要通过手术治疗。目前,术中采用的深(中)低温停循环和选择性脑灌注虽然能够有效保护脑组织,但术后腹腔脏器并发症发生率较高,严重影响了患者术后康复和总体疗效。因此,术中腹腔脏器的保护至关重要。本文将对Stanford A型主动脉夹层术中腹腔脏器保护措施做一综述,旨在优化术中腹腔脏器保护措施,减少术后并发症,改善患者预后和生活质量。Stanford type A aortic dissection is a life-threatening emergency that mainly requires surgical treatment.Currently,deep(middle)hypothermic circulatory arrest and selective cerebral perfusion used during surgery can effectively protect brain tissue,but the incidence of postoperative abdominal organ complications is high,seriously affecting the postoperative recovery and overall efficacy of patients.Therefore,the protection of abdominal organs during surgery is crucial.This article will review the measures for protecting the abdominal organs during surgery for Stanford type A aortic dissection,aiming to optimize the measures for protecting the abdominal organs during surgery,reducing postoperative complications,and improving patient prognosis and quality of life.
