顾氏中药消毒柱空气消毒的效果研究

摘　　要：探讨顾氏中药消毒柱的抗菌、抗病毒的效果。在空气消毒柜里,采用中药消毒柱直接熏香的方法,观察顾氏中药消毒柱对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和流感病毒FM1毒株的抑杀作用。取学生宿舍区域,进行直接熏香,分别于0、0.5、1、2和4 h取样,培养48 h计数活菌数,比较中药消毒柱作用前后空气中自然菌数量。结果显示:顾氏中药消毒柱对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌具有极显著的抑制作用,抑制作用与2%过氧乙酸相当(P>0.05);中药消毒柱对空气中自然菌有明显的清除作用,在0.5 h就有极显著的抑制效果;消毒柱作用前后流感病毒血凝滴度显著下降,在熏香后1 h,99%的病毒失去感染力,并有伴随药物作用时间延长而清除率增加的趋势。顾氏中药消毒柱对细菌、空气中自然菌和病毒均有清除作用,并且相对于过氧乙酸更易为患者接受,可在有人的情况下进行空气消毒。To investigate the antibacterial and antiviral effects of Gu's traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column,the antibacterial and antiviral effects of the traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and FM1 strain of influenza A virus were tested by direct fumigation in an air disinfection cabinet.The bacterial was inoculated on the culture plate and placed in the cabinet together with the burning disinfection column,the plate was removed after 30 min and incubated at 37°C for 48 h.The influenza virus hemagglutination titer was detected before and after the action of the traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column.Direct fumigation was performed in the student dormitory area,and samples were taken at 0,0.5,1,2 and 4 h,and incubated at 37℃ for 48 h to count the number of bacteria colony respectively.The quantity of natural bacteria in the air before and after the action of traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column was compared.The results showed the traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column had high significant inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae,with which the inhibitory effects of the traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column were comparable to 2%peroxyacetic acid(P>0.5).The traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column could be obviously removed the natural bacteria in the air,there is a very significant inhibition effect after 0.5 h disinfection.The quantity of bacteria colony collected from the air was decreased by 70%after 0.5 h disinfection.The hemagglutination titer of viral influenza virus decreased significantly before and after disinfection,and 99%of viruses lost their infectivity after 1 h disinfection.The traditional Chinese medicine disinfection column have a scavenging effect on bacteria,natural bacteria in the air and influenza virus,and are more accept
