系统思维视角下的中国式现代化叙事解读

摘　　要：中国式现代化叙事方式具有系统思维特征,以人民为中心作为叙事的根本立场。中国式现代化汲取了西方以“线性思维方式”为主导的现代化发展模式的经验教训,呈现出系统思维特征,具有整体性的理念、全面性的战略、协同性的制度与有序性的过程。需要发挥系统思维对中国式现代化的指引功能,在整体性维度把握中国式现代化建设环境变化,在开放性维度预判中国式现代化建设发展前景,在协同性维度促进中国式现代化建设协调联动。在实践中运用系统思维,全面把握中国式现代化建设的主体、介体、客体、环体,在党性与人民性的辩证统一、顶层设计与基层实践的良性互动、供给与需求的内在耦合、国际与国内的有机关联中推进中国式现代化发展。The narrative mode of Chinese path to modernization has the characteristics of systematic thinking,which takes the supremacy of the people as the underlying logic of the development narrative.It draws lessons from the western modernization development model led by the “linear thinking mode”,and presents the characteristics of systematic thinking.It has an overall concept,comprehensive strategy,collaborative system,and orderly operation process.To give full play to the guiding function of systematic thinking for Chinese path to modernization,it needs to grasp the changes in the environment of Chinese path to modernization in the overall dimension,predict the development prospects of Chinese path to modernization in the open dimension,and promote the coordination and linkage of Chinese path to modernization in the collaborative dimension.To apply systematic thinking in practice,we must comprehensively grasp the subject,intermediary,object and environment of Chinese path to modernization,and promote Chinese path to modernization in a high-quality way in the dialectical unity of the party spirit and the people's spirit,in the benign interaction between top-level design and grass-roots practice,in the internal coupling of supply and demand,and in the organic connection between international and domestic.
