摘 要:将粉煤灰、煤矸石、铝灰按一定比例制备了粉煤灰基耐火材料,研究了m_(粉煤灰)∶m_(煤矸石)∶m_(铝灰)和烧结温度(800、1000、1200℃)对粉煤灰基耐火材料力学性能和耐火性能的影响,并进行了微观形貌分析。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,试样的显气孔率、体积变化率减小,体积密度、耐压强度、抗折强度和耐火度增大;当m_(粉煤灰)∶m_(煤矸石)∶m_(铝灰)=7∶1∶2时,试样的力学性能和耐火性能均最好;适当提高烧结温度和增加铝灰掺量均有助于提高试样的微观结构密实度。Fly ash based refractories were prepared with a certain proportion of fly ash,coal gangue,and aluminium ash,and the effects of m_(fly ash)∶m_(coal gangue)∶m_(aluminum ash)and sintering temperatures(800,1000,1200℃)on the mechanical and refractory properties of fly ash based refractories were investigated.In addition,the microscopic morphology analysis was carried out.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the apparent porosity and volume change rate of the specimen decrease,and the bulk density,compressive strength,flexural strength and refractoriness increase.When m_(fly ash)∶m_(coal gangue)∶m_(aluminum ash)is 7∶1∶2,the specimen has the best mechanical and refractory properties.Appropriately increasing the sintering temperature and increasing the dosage of aluminium ash can increase the microstructural compactness of specimens.
