摘 要:目的:考察心理资本对硕士毕业生就业绩效的影响,以及职业探索和就业能力在其中的中介作用。方法:采用心理资本量表、职业探索量表、就业能力量表和就业绩效量表对江苏省758名硕士毕业生进行调查。结果:(1)心理资本可以显著正向预测硕士毕业生就业绩效(β=0.118,P<0.05);(2)职业探索(β=0.285,0.236;P<0.01)与就业能力(β=0.402,0.342;P<0.01)分别在心理资本对硕士毕业生就业绩效的影响中起部分中介作用,占总效应的比值分别为19.03%、38.90%;(3)心理资本还可以通过职业探索和就业能力组成的链式中介(β=0.313,P<0.01)间接影响硕士生就业绩效,效应占比为8.67%。结论:相关主体要重视对硕士研究生心理资本的培育和开发,引导并鼓励他们积极开展职业探索尝试,有效提高自身综合能力素质,顺利实现更高质量就业。Objective:To explore the impact of psychological capital on the employment performance of master students,as well as the mediating role of career exploration and employability.Methods:A total of 758 graduate students in Jiangsu Province were investigated by Psychological Capital Scale,Career Exploration Scale,Employability Scale and Employment Performance Scale.Results:①Psychological capital could significantly positively predict the employment performance of master graduates(β=0.118,P<0.05);②Career exploration(β=0.285,0.236;P<0.01)and employability(β=0.402,0.342;P<0.01)played a partial mediating role in the impact of psychological capital on the employment performance of master graduates,accounting for 19.03%and 38.90%of the total effect respectively;③Psychological capital could also indirectly affect the employment performance of master's students through the chain mediating effect of career exploration and employability(β=0.313,P<0.01),accounting for 8.67%.Conclusion:Relevant subjects should pay attention to the cultivation and development of postgraduates'psychological capital,guide and encourage them to actively carry out career exploration attempts,effectively improve their comprehensive ability and quality,and successfully achieve higher quality employment.
