摘 要:储罐泄漏引起爆燃是一场灾难性事故,对罐区工作的运行安全构成严重威胁。为了评估LNG储罐泄漏连锁爆燃事故后果,基于计算流体动力学(CFD),将可燃气体的泄漏扩散与由于意外点火而引起的后续爆燃相结合,对LNG储罐泄漏爆燃事故进行了模拟,并评估了其对人员和周围储罐的影响。结果表明,泄漏气体扩散产生的危险区域主要分布在储罐泄漏口侧,该侧储罐泄漏扩散所影响的范围达到了25.88 m;爆燃产生的超压对周围储罐和工作人员构成了威胁,其最小安全半径为20.73 m。研究可为新建储罐区储罐间安全距离的确定、在役储罐区的安全防护以及相应应急预案的制定等提供参考。Deflagration caused by tank leakage is a catastrophic accident,which poses a serious threat to the safety of tank farm workers.In order to evaluate the consequences of an LNG tank leakage chain deflagration accident,based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),an LNG tank leakage deflagration accident is simulated by combining the leakage and diffusion of combustible gas with subsequent deflagration due to accidental ignition,and its impact on per sonnel and surrounding tanks is evaluated.The results show that the dangerous area caused by the leakage gas diffusion is mainly distributed at the leakage port side of the tank,and the area affected by the leakage and diffusion of the tank reaches 25.88 m.The overpressure caused by deflagration poses a threat to the surrounding tanks and workers,and its minimum safety radius is 20.73 m.This study can provide reference for the determination of the safe distance between storage tanks in the newly built storage tank area,the safety protection of the in-service storage tank area and the for mulation of the corresponding emergency plan.
