摘  要:随着火炸药需求和产量的上升,火炸药生产过程中燃烧、爆炸等重大特大事故频发,促使人们越来越重视火炸药生产过程的安全性问题。由于传统的人工HAZOP分析费时费力,评价者对评价结果的主观性影响较强,结果的完备性与系统性较低,故采用SDG-HAZOP方法代替目前火炸药生产线使用的人工HAZOP分析。针对某新型火炸药生产的精制工序建立SDG-HAZOP定性模型,利用模型的双向推理机制定性分析偏差产生的非正常原因、可能导致的后果。结果表明,该方法相比于传统人工HAZOP分析可以更全面、系统地辨识精制工序中潜在的危险因素,提高了分析效率,而且SDG设备单元定性模型具有良好的通用性和继承性。研究结果为火炸药生产线HAZOP分析提供了新方向以及为构建火炸药企业设备单元SDG模型库提供理论支撑。As the demand and output of explosives and pyrotechnics,major accidents such as burning and explosion during the production of explosives and pyrotechnics have frequently occurred,which prompts people to pay more and more attention to the safety of the production process of explosives and pyrotechnics.Since the traditional artificial HAZOP analysis is time-consuming and laborious,the evaluator has a strong subjective influence on the evaluation re sults,and the completeness and systematicity of the results are low,the SDG-HAZOP method is adopted to replace the manual HAZOP analysis currently used in the fire explosive production line.Establish a SDG-HAZOP qualitative mod el for refining processes for a new type of explosives and pyrotechnics,and use the non-normal cause of the disclosure of the two-way reasoning mechanism of the model,which may cause the consequences of the non-normal cause of the deviation.The research results can provide a new direction for the HAZOP analysis of the explosives and pyrotechnics production line and provide theoretical support for the construction of a explosives and pyrotechnics enterprise equip ment unit SDG model library.
