超长滤袋排气管结构对滤袋特性影响数值研究

摘　　要：滤袋表面过滤风速轴向分布不均会导致滤袋上部过早损坏,这一问题对于超长滤袋而言更为突出,为改善超长滤袋表面过滤风速的均匀性,针对典型10 m超长滤袋(设计过滤风速为1.0 m/min)采用袋口增设一段内伸排气管方式以改善滤袋内部流场结构。研究结果表明:当增设内伸排气管结构时可以大幅改善滤袋表面过滤风速的均匀性,存在最优的排气管内伸长度和直径的组合可改善超长滤袋过滤特性;当排气管内伸长度为滤袋长度的一半时滤袋表面过滤风速的均匀性最好;增加排气管直径会降低除尘器运行压降;综合考虑运行压降和滤袋表面轴向速度,当排气管内伸长度为滤袋长度的0.2倍,直径为滤袋直径的0.8倍时可以提升约30%的过滤风速表面分布均匀性,此时除尘器的运行压降下降0.65%,滤袋表面轴向速度峰值增加7.75%。The uneven axial distribution of filtering air velocity on the surface of filter bag will lead to premature dam age of the upper part of filter bag,which is more prominent for the ultra-long filter bag.In order to improve the unifor mity of filtering air velocity on the surface of ultra-long filter bag,this paper adopts an inner extension exhaust pipe at the mouth of a typical 10m ultra-long filter bag(designed filtering air velocity is 1.0 m/min)to improve the internal flow field structure of the filter bag.The results show that:when the inner extension exhaust pipe structure is added,the uniformity of filtering air velocity on the surface of filter bag can be greatly improved,and there is an optimal com bination of the inner extension length and diameter of the exhaust pipe to improve the filtration characteristics of the ultra-long filter bag;when the inner extension length of the exhaust pipe is half of the length of the filter bag,the uni formity of filtering air velocity on the surface of filter bag is the best;increasing the diameter of the exhaust pipe will reduce the operation pressure drop of the precipitator;considering the operation pressure drop and the axial velocity on the surface of filter bag,when the inner extension length of the exhaust pipe is 0.2 times the length of the filter bag and the diameter is 0.8 times the diameter of the filter bag,the uniformity of filtering air velocity on the surface can be improved by about 30%,at this time,the operation pressure drop of the precipitator decreases by 0.65%,and the peak value of the axial velocity on the surface of filter bag increases by 7.75%.
