菌种及其投加量对城市生活垃圾生物干化效果的影响研究

摘  要:针对生活垃圾生物干化市场的主流菌种A菌,开展不同投加质量比的厌/好氧实验,确定好氧工艺的生物干化效果和除臭效果明显优于厌氧工艺,初始含水率达56%的垃圾在8g菌/t垃圾的投加质量比下干化效果最好,经10d和15d干化处理后,含水率分别降至40.5%和35.2%。考虑到性价比因素,利用新开发的成本价较低的菌种B/C/D进行了2个阶段的菌种筛选及其投加量实验。结果表明,32g C菌/t垃圾投加质量比的垃圾生物干化效果与8g A菌/t垃圾相近,但成本仅是其0.46倍,故最后确定32g C菌/t垃圾为性价比最高的菌种投加质量比方案。Aiming at the mainstream strain A bacteria in the domestic waste biological drying market,anaerobic/aero bic experiments were carried out with different feeding mass ratios,and it was determined that the biological drying effect and deodorization effect of the aerobic process was obviously better than that of the anaerobic process,and the garbage with an initial moisture content of 56%had the best drying effect under the feeding mass ratio of 8 g bacteria/tonne of garbage,and the moisture content was reduced to 40.5%and 35.2%after 10 days and 15 days of drying treat ment,respectively.The water content was reduced to 40.5%and 35.2%respectively after 10 and 15 days of drying.Considering the cost-effective factor,the newly developed strain B/C/D with lower cost price was used to carry out 2 stages of strain screening and its dosage experiments,which showed that the biological drying effect of 32 g C bacteria/tonne of garbage at the dosage mass ratio of garbage was similar to that of 8 g A bacteria/tonne of garbage but the cost was only 0.46 times higher than that of the other strains,therefore,it was finally determined that 32 g C bacteria/tonne of garbage was the most cost-effective strain dosage mass ratio program.Therefore,32 g C bacteria/tonne of garbage is the most cost-effective solution.
