摘　　要：为了提高蒸发器对垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液的蒸发效率,改善蒸发冷凝水的水质,通过对垃圾渗滤液DTRO浓缩液进行预处理及蒸发实验,检测预处理前后蒸发冷凝水的水质,并分析相同浓缩倍数下的沸点温升情况。实验结果表明:在最佳的预处理条件下,pH值为4.2时,相同的浓缩倍数下,冷凝水中COD的含量降低43%以上,氨氮含量降低45%以上,沸点温升降低1.1℃以上,从而可以改善冷凝水的水质并提高蒸发器的效率。In order to improve the evaporation efficiency of evaporator for landfill leachate membrane concentrate and improve the quality of evaporated condensate water,through the pretreatment and evaporation experiment of DTRO concentrate of landfill leachate,evaporation experiment was carried out to detect the water quality of evapora tion condensate before and after pretreatment,and analyze the boiling point temperature rise under the same concen tration ratio.The experimental results show that under the optimal pretreatment conditions,at pH 4.2 and the same con centration multiple,the content in condensate water of COD and ammonia nitrogen was reduced by more than 43%and 45%respectively.The boiling point temperature rise was reduced by more than 1.1℃,which can improve the wat er quality of condensate and improve the efficiency of evaporator.
