摘　　要：对新时期高校教工党支部党员教育管理进行系统思考,将知识图谱与精细管理理论相结合,探索提升教师党员教育管理工作现代化和精细化水平的新模式,为加强高校党员教育管理、促进党员更好发挥先锋模范作用提供对策与建议,推动高校师资队伍建设向更深层次发展。This paper makes a systematic thinking on the education management of Party members in the Party branch of university teaching staff in the new era,combines the knowledge graph with the theory of fine management,explores a new model to improve the modernization and refinement of the education management of Party members in teachers,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the education management of Party members in universities and promoting them to better play the vanguard and exemplary role.We will promote the development of teaching staff in colleges and universities at a deeper level.
