摘 要:自2015年以来,随着“双一流”建设持续快速推进,行业特色型高校为在办校治学过程中实现高质量发展,通过提升高水平师资队伍水平,吸引来一批又一批985高校和海外高校的优秀博士学子。青年教师在整个教师队伍的比例逐渐增加,极大地促进高校的学科建设和专业发展。但是,因缺少系统而全面的行业背景熏陶,在青年教师的成长和成才过程中,其未来职业发展面临诸多问题。探析行业特色型高校青年教师发展的现实困境及根本原因,提出通过从社会、学校、学院和个人四方面共同努力,打造一支适应行业特色型高校发展的教学能力突出、学术水平高、创新能力强的青年教师队伍,为高校未来及可持续发展提供强劲的动力。Since 2015,with the continuous and rapid development of the"double first-class"construction,universities with industrial characteristics have attracted batches of outstanding doctoral students from 985 universities and overseas universities by improving the level of high-level teaching staff in order to achieve high-quality development in the process of running schools and learning.The proportion of young teachers in the whole teaching team has gradually increased.It has greatly promoted the discipline construction and professional development of universities.However,due to the lack of systematic and comprehensive industry background edification,young teachers face many problems in their future career development in the process of growth and success.This paper probes into the realistic dilemma and the root cause of the development of young teachers in colleges and universities with industry characteristics,and proposes to build a team of young teachers with outstanding teaching ability,high academic level and strong innovation ability to adapt to the development of universities with the joint efforts of society,school,college and individual.It provides a strong impetus for the future and sustainable development of universities.
