摘 要:在交通行业日益发展的大背景下,交通基础设施建设对人才的需求也日益旺盛。但与此同时,道路与铁道工程研究生的就业形势也越发严峻,许多毕业生难以融入此行业,形成了人才供需不匹配的现象。通过与学生的交流以及对部分企业的走访调研,发现造成上述现象的主要原因有以下几点:道路与铁道工程行业的工作条件相对艰苦;道路与铁道工程研究生存在“工科理科化”现象;校企对接形式缺乏创新。针对上述原因,提出以下四个解决方法:摸底研究生个人特性与发展意愿;建立研究生与企业长期交流的沟通机制;建立以提升解决问题能力为导向的培养模式;构建新时代道路与铁道工程研究生培养体系。In the context of the growing development of the transportation industry,the demand for talents in transportation infrastructure construction is also increasingly strong.However,at the same time,the employment situation of road and railway engineering graduate students has become more and more severe,and many graduates have difficulty in integrating into this industry,forming a mismatch between the supply and demand of talents.Through the communication with students and the visit to some enterprises,it is found that the main reasons for the above phenomenon are as follows:the working conditions of road and railway engineering industry are relatively difficult;the phenomenon of"scientificization of engineering"exists in road and railway engineering graduate students;the lack of innovation in the form of school-enterprise docking.In view of the above reasons,the following four solutions are proposed:mapping the personal characteristics and development wishes of postgraduates;establishing a communication mechanism for long-term communication between postgraduates and direct enterprises;establishing a training mode oriented to enhance problem-solving ability;building a new era of road and railway engineering postgraduate training system.
