摘　　要：民航作为国际化程度最高的行业之一,对于高端国际航空运输商务管理人才的需求日益迫切,该文在分析国际航空运输发展背景和意义的基础上,结合国内外研究现状,明确国际航空运输高端商务管理人才培养平台建设目标、总体思路和建设内容,最后提出该平台实施的保障措施。Civil aviation as one of the most international industry,demand for high-end international air transport business management talents is increasingly urgent.Based on the analysis of the background and significance of the development of international shipping transport,combined with the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper defines the construction objectives,general ideas and construction contents of the international air transport high-end business management talent training platform,and finally puts forward the protection measures for the implementation of the platform.
