摘　　要：为加强外围新城与中心城区的联系,支撑非首都功能的疏解,近年来北京市大力推动市郊铁路的发展。然而,北京市既有运营的几条市郊铁路客运量普遍较低,与预期规模存在较大差距。为了研究造成市郊铁路客流效益不佳的原因,以北京市郊铁路怀柔-密云线为例,研究线路开通初期客流特征和运营过程中存在的主要问题,包括线路开行方案与客流需求不匹配、竞争力不足、部分车站交通接驳条件较差以及怀柔科学城开发进度及班车的影响。针对这些问题,提出了优化开行方案、延伸线路至市中心城区、完善交通接驳设施、开行定制公交等改善措施。通过对比线路改善前后的客流变化情况,对线路改善效果进行评价。研究结果表明,采取改善措施后,线路客运量得到明显提升,通勤客流占比也显著增加。In order to strengthen the connection between the peripheral new towns and the central urban area,and to support the relocation of non-capital functions,Beijing has vigorously promoted the development of suburban railways in recent years.However,the passenger flow volumes of several existing suburban railways operating in Beijing are generally low,which have a large gap with the expected scale.In order to study the reasons for the poor passenger flow benefits of suburban railways,the Huairou-Miyun Line of Beijing suburban railway is taken as an example to discuss the characteristics of passenger flow in the initial period of the line's opening and the main problems that existed in the operation process,including the mismatch between the line operation plan and the passenger flow demand,insufficient competitiveness,the poor conditions of transportation connection at some stations,and the impact of the development progress of Huairou Science City and the shuttle buses.In response to these problems,the paper proposes improvement measures such as optimizing the route plan,extending the route to the city center,improving transportation connection facilities,and introducing customized buses.The effect of the line improvement is evaluated by comparing the changes in passenger flow before and after the line improvement.The results show that after the application of improvement measures,the passenger flow volume of the line has been significantly improved,and the proportion of commuting passengers has also increased significantly.
