摘 要:岸边集装箱起重机在设计和装卸船时,在保持设备结构和作业环境不改变的情况下可采用图表法找到装卸船的最优路径。文中将路径进行准确的分解,分解后的路径简单直观。最优路径给自动化提供准确程序,对司机作业过程各机构动作的变化提供准确而有利的指导,提高码头的生产率。为码头泊位上岸边集装箱起重机数量的规划提供准确的数据支持。In the design of the quayside container crane and the loading and unloading of ships,the optimal path of loading and unloading ships can be found by charting when the equipment structure and working environment remain unchanged.The path was accurately decomposed to make the decomposed path simple and intuitive.The optimal path is conducive to putting forward accurate automatic procedures,providing accurate and favorable guidance for the changes of the actions of various mechanisms during the driver’s operation,and improving the productivity of the terminal,which can provide accurate data support for the planning of the number of container cranes on the dock berth.
