摘 要:文中简单介绍了起重葫芦发展的重要历史节点及国内手拉葫芦的发展。对目前各种有效采用的代表性手拉葫芦标准进行简要评析和比对,提出了其工作等级推荐的划分方法和如何使用环境温度不同而采纳的科学方案,解析了现标准中关于强度和安全性结构等要求的原因。透过相关部件标准内容的发展。目前,国内外起重设备行业还存在采用标准极具个性的情况,而国内很多工厂难以适从各种相应变化。因此,文中针对我国手拉葫芦行业面对新时期的标准化和科学化等要求,提出发展方向、可借鉴内容及区别对待使用等方面的建议。In this paper,milestone events in the development of chain hoist and the development status of chain block in China are briefly introduced,various current representative chain block standards are briefly evaluated and compared,and the recommended division method of their work grades and scientific proposals adopted based on different environmental temperatures are put forward,and the reasons for the requirements of strength and safety structure in the current standards are analyzed.From the development of standards of related components,the standards adopted by lifting equipment industry at home and abroad are very unique,many domestic factories are difficult to adapt to changes.Therefore,in the face of the requirements of standardization and scientization in the new era,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development direction of chain block industry in China,the contents that can be used for reference,and application based on different conditions.
