摘 要:为提高轨道交通车辆转向架构架焊接制造的智能化、数字化水平,并稳定产品质量、提高生产效率、改善作业环境、降低人员配备、降低生产成本,文中基于构架焊接工艺流程,以焊接产线的生产要素为导向,以工艺仿真、数字孪生为工具,以智能化、数字化运维为方向,重新构建了产线总体建设方案。通过对产线方案的分析和阐述,并重点对产线建设过程中的关键场景进行研究,使智能化设备安装使用、数字化过程数据监控分析得到应用,为轨道交通车辆制造企业积累智能化、数字化产线建设实践经验。In order to improve the intelligence and digitalization level of manufacturing of rolling stock vehicle bogie frames,stabilize the quality,improve the efficiency,improve working environment,reduce personnel allocation,and reduce the costs,this article is based on the framework welding process flow,guided by the production factors of the welding production line,using process simulation and digital twinning as tools,and oriented towards intelligent and digital operation and maintenance,to reconstruct the overall construction plan of the production line.By analyzing and elaborating on the production line plan,and focusing on the key scenarios in the construction process of the production line,the application of intelligent equipment installation and digital process data monitoring and analysis can be achieved,accumulating practical experience in intelligent and digital production line construction for rail transit vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
