合成纤维的耐碱性能及其对水泥基灌浆料性能的影响研究

摘  要:研究了碱溶液的pH值和浸泡龄期对聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)、聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN纤维)和聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA纤维)耐碱性能的影响,分析了纤维掺量(0~2.5%)对水泥基灌浆料力学性能和自干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明:经碱溶液浸泡后,PP、PAN和PVA纤维均发生了不同程度的腐蚀,其中,PP纤维的耐碱性能最好,PAN纤维次之,PVA纤维最差;随着纤维掺量的增加,掺PP、PAN和PVA纤维试件的抗压强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,抗折强度均逐渐增大;掺入适量纤维有效降低了试件的收缩率,其中,PP纤维对试件自干燥收缩的抑制作用相对最佳。The effects of pH value and soaking age of alkaline solution on the alkali resistance of polypropylene fiber(PP fiber),polyacrylonitrile fiber(PAN fiber),and polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA fiber)were studied,and the influence of fiber content(0~2.5%)on the mechanical properties and self drying shrinkage performance of cement-based grouting materials was analyzed.The results show that after soaking in alkaline solution,PP fiber,PAN fiber,and PVA fiber all undergo varying degrees of corrosion.Among them,PP fiber has the best alkali resistance,followed by PAN fiber,and PVA fiber has the worst alkali resistance.With the increase of fiber content,the compressive strength of specimens mixed with PP fiber,PAN fiber,and PVA fiber shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the flexural strength gradually increases.The addition of an appropriate content of fiber can effectively reduce the shrinkage rate of the specimen,among which,PP fiber has the best inhibitory effect on the self drying shrinkage of the specimen.
