摘 要:为研究巡航状态下泵喷推进潜艇流场和声场的分布规律,本文基于分离涡模拟湍流模型进行全流域非定常数值计算,运用声学有限元方法预测流动诱导噪声。试验研究在循环水槽试验台进行,采用水听器和推力采集系统测试噪声和推力信息。结果表明:外流场对喷流流场的影响随航速的增加而减弱,泵喷内部存在流道堵塞现象;叶轮噪声为最主要的流体动力噪声源,其频谱特性与压力脉动的频谱特性相似;过流壁面噪声声压级在子午面呈偶极子分布,而喷流噪声在弧矢面分布有一定的均匀性,在子午面上沿喷流方向存在极大值。研究揭示了巡航状态下泵喷内部的复杂流动过程和各类流动诱导噪声分布规律,为高效低噪的泵喷推进器设计和性能优化提供了一定的理论基础和技术支持。To determine the flow and sound field distribution laws of a pump-jet-propelled submarine under cruising conditions,the unsteady numerical calculation of the entire basin was conducted based on the detached eddy simulation turbulence model,and the acoustic FEM was used to predict the flow-induced noise.Test noise and thrust information were analyzed using the hydrophone and thrust acquisition system in a circulating water channel.Results showed that the influence of the external flow field on the jet flow field at the tail of the pump jet decreases gradually with the increase in the speed of the ship,and a blockage is detected in the local area of the pump-jet propulsor.The impeller-induced noise is the most important source of hydrodynamic noise.The frequency spectrum characteristics of impeller noise are similar to those of pressure pulsation in the flow field.The SPL caused by pressure fluctuation on the flow wall has a dipole symmetry distribution on the meridian plane,whereas the noise distribution of the quadrupole jet has a certain uniformity on the sagittal plane.Moreover,a maximum is detected along the jet flow direction on the meridian plane.This study reveals the complex flow processes and the distribution laws of various flow-induced noises under cruising conditions,which provide a certain theoretical basis and technical support for the design and performance optimization of the pump-jet propeller with high efficiency and low noise.
