风级对船舶主推进柴油机加速特性的影响

摘  要:为了研究船舶主推进柴油机在风浪海况下的加速特性,本文以一艘超大型油轮智能示范船为研究对象,利用模块化方法建立了柴油机、推进系统、船舶三自由度运动和风浪干扰综合模型,分别利用柴油机台架实验和实船试航数据对模型进行了验证。通过模拟不同风级下柴油机的加速过程,计算出不同风级下船舶主推进柴油机的运行极限,揭示风浪对推进系统加速性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着风级的增加,柴油机加速过程功率裕度越来越小,且风力为8、9、10级时,安全运行极限为:57.4 r/min&18866 kW、51 r/min&14910 kW、48 r/min&13560 kW;风级大小主要影响加速过程增压器效率,对增压器安全性影响较小。本文研究结果可用于指导船舶航行安全设计。To reveal the acceleration characteristics of the propulsion diesel engine of a ship under wind and wave conditions,in this work,a Very Large Crude Carrier intelligent demonstration ship was chosen.The modular method was applied to establish a comprehensive model of a diesel engine,propulsion system,three-degree-of-freedom motions,and wind wave interference.Validation of the model was performed by the engine bench test and ship sea trial test data.By simulating the acceleration process of the diesel engine at different wind levels,the calculated operating limits of the main propulsion diesel engine of the ship at different wind levels revealed the influence of winds and waves on the acceleration performance of the propulsion system,revealing that with increasing wind levels,the power margin of the diesel engine during the acceleration process became smaller and smaller and the limit of continuous safe operation was 57.4 r/min and 18866 kW,51 r/min and 14910 kW,and 48 r/min and 13560 kW at wind levels of 8,9,and 10,respectively.The wind level primarily influences the compressor efficiency during the acceleration process,having little impact on the safety of superchargers.This work can be employed to provide guidance on the design of ships for navigational safety.
