摘 要:为减少大攻角时可调导叶产生的流动损失,本文基于平面叶栅试验和数值模拟方法,在前缘设置不同槽道结构,将叶片压力面的流体引导至吸力面,吹走低能流体,降低总压损失。研究结果表明:设置槽道引导气流产生射流动量至吸力面侧分离区域能够一定程度上降低不同开度下导叶的出口总压损失。在进口速度为45 m/s、攻角为25°时,射流能够有效削弱吸力面的分离涡,可降低65%的出口总压损失和2.4°气流落后角,当来流速度达到98 m/s时出口总压损失最大可降低70%。对比不同的槽道形式的射流动量、角度对流场的影响,发现合理的槽道形式可以降低大攻角时的损失基础上,控制小攻角时射流对流场的负面影响。To reduce the flow loss associated with variable inlet guide vanes(VIGVs),this study employs both experimental and numerical simulation methods to investigate the impact of introducing differently structured slots at the vane′s leading edge.These slots are designed to guide fluid from the vane pressure side to the suction surface,effectively blowing away the low-energy fluid and thereby reducing the total pressure loss.Our results show that appropriately placed slots can reduce the total pressure loss at the outlet by guiding airflow and generating jet momentum to the separation area near the suction surface.When the inlet velocity is 45 m/s,and the incidence angle is 25°,the jet flow can effectively weaken the separation vortex on the suction surface and reduce the total pressure loss and deviation angle by up to 65%and 2.4°,respectively.Furthermore,when the incoming flow velocity reaches 98 m/s,the outlet’s total pressure loss can decrease by up to 70%.By comparing the influence of jet momentum and the angle of different slot forms on the flow field,we discovered that a suitable slot design can reasonably control the negative influence of jet momentum on the flow field at smaller incidence angles while reducing loss at larger incidence angles.
