微信小程序改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者CPAP治疗依从性及疗效的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价基于微信小程序的移动管理平台是否改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者持续正压通气治疗(continuous positive airway pressure,CPAP)的疗效及依从性。方法:选择2022年6月至2022年12月在重庆市人民医院确诊为中重度OSAHS并进行CPAP治疗的68例患者为研究对象。入组患者分为微信小程序管理组(n=36)和传统门诊随访组(n=32)。在第3个月和第6个月评估患者CPAP治疗疗效及依从性、CPAP治疗的不良反应和主观睡眠质量。结果:与门诊随访组比较,微信小程序组在治疗后3个月的睡眠呼吸暂停指数(apnea-hypopnea index,AHI)及Epworth嗜睡程度评价(Epworth sleepiness scale score,ESS)评分更低(P<0.05),但在治疗后6个月的AHI和ESS与门诊随访组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与门诊随访组比较,微信小程序组在治疗后3个月和6个月每晚使用CPAP时间及每月使用的天数更多(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信小程序的OSAHS移动管理平台能够有效提高OSAHS患者CPAP的依从性及改善短期疗效。Objective:To investigate whether the mobile management platform based on WeChat mini-program can improve the out⁃come and compliance of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)receiving continuous positive airway pres⁃sure(CPAP)treatment.Methods:A total of 68 patients who were diagnosed with moderate to severe OSAHS and received CPAP treat⁃ment in Chongqing General Hospital from June to December 2022 were enrolled as subjects and were divided into WeChat miniprogram management group with 36 patients and traditional outpatient follow-up group with 32 patients.The patients were assessed in terms of the efficacy of CPAP treatment,compliance with CPAP treatment,adverse reactions of CPAP treatment,and subjective sleep quality at 3 and 6 months.Results:Compared with the traditional outpatient follow-up group,the WeChat mini-program management group had significantly lower apnea-hypopnea index(AHI)and Epworth Somnolence Scale(ESS)score at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in AHI and ESS score between the two groups at 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the traditional outpatient follow-up group,the WeChat mini-program management group had a significantly longer time of using CPAP per night and a significantly higher number of days of using CPAP per month at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The OSAHS mobile management platform based on WeChat mini-program can effectively improve the treat⁃ment compliance and short-term outcome of patients with OSAHS receiving CPAP treatment.
