摘  要:深圳某文体中心楼盖采用钢梁+压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖,由于楼盖跨度大,楼盖刚度较弱,在人行荷载激励作用下,可能存在楼盖舒适度不满足使用要求的问题,针对上述问题,建立有限元模型,对楼盖舒适度进行计算分析,通过动力时程分析方法得到结构的加速度响应,并采用ATC的峰值加速度评价标准对结构楼盖的舒适度进行评价,计算结果表明:大跨度及大悬挑楼盖刚度较弱,有必要对楼盖振动加速度进行计算分析,以确保楼盖舒适度满足设计要求;结合建筑使用功能,对大跨度钢结构楼盖进行人群随机行走激励、跑步激励、跳跃激励及同步起立4种工况分析,得出看台同步起立工况为楼板舒适度的控制工况,其次为人群随机行走工况,各工况下楼盖舒适度满足要求;选取的典型大跨度、大悬挑楼盖第一竖向自振频率均小于3 Hz,但楼盖均具有良好的舒适度,建议规范对大跨、大悬挑的第一竖向自振频率进行适当的放宽。The floor of a sports center in Shenzhen uses steel beam+profiled steel plate concrete composite floor.Due to the large span and weak stiffness of the floor,there may be a problem of floor comfort not meeting the requirements under pedestrian load excitation.In response to the above problems,a finite element model is established to calculate and analyze the comfort of the floor.The acceleration response of the structure is obtained through dynamic time history analysis method,and the peak acceleration evaluation standard of ATC is used to evaluate the comfort of the structural floor.The calculation results show that the stiffness of large-span and large cantilever floors is weak.It is necessary to calculate and analyze the vibration acceleration of the floor to ensure the comfort of the floor.Degree meets design requirements;Based on the functional requirements of the building,four working conditions were analyzed for the large-span steel structure floor:crowd random walking excitation,running excitation,jumping excitation,and synchronous standing.It was found that the synchronous standing condition of the stands is the control condition for floor comfort,followed by crowd random walking condition,and the floor comfort meets the requirements under each working condition;The first vertical natural frequency of typical large-span and large-span cantilever floors selected for this project is less than 3 Hz,but the floors have good comfort.It is recommended to regulate and appropriately relax the first vertical natural frequency of large-span and large-span cantilever floors.
