摘 要:深层土壤搅拌(Deep Soil Mixing,DSM)是最实用的土壤改良方法之一,它通过使用机械空心轴钻机在土壤中注入水泥或石灰等材料,将土壤与胶凝材料混合并形成具有较高强度的桩体来改善土壤特性。通过单轴受压试验研究了固化剂类型、添加量龄期等对土壤搅拌样品的影响。试验表明,采用石灰、水泥、硅酸钠等固化剂对土壤进行改性可以有效提升地基土的单轴受压承载力,采用石灰搅拌的土壤样品,当掺入10%的生石灰和4%硅酸钠的混合物后,混合物的承载力的最大值高达247 kPa。Deep Soil Mixing(DSM)is one of the most practical soil improvement methods.It uses a mechanical hollow shaft drilling rig to inject materials such as cement or lime into the soil,mix the soil with cementitious materials,and form high-strength piles to improve soil properties.This article investigates the effects of curing agent types,dosage,and age on soil mixing samples through uniaxial compression tests.Experiments have shown that modifying soil with solidifying agents such as lime,cement,and sodium silicate can effectively enhance the uniaxial compressive bearing capacity of foundation soil.When a mixture of 10%quicklime and 4%sodium silicate is added to soil samples mixed with lime,the maximum bearing capacity of the mixture can reach 247 kPa.
