灌注桩桩底沉渣清理及注浆回灌补强技术研究

摘　　要：对于存在沉渣缺陷的灌注桩,利用风压式清孔器“切割”缺陷处的沉渣,气举排出,达到沉渣清洗的目的;注浆泵与水压式膨胀封孔器组成注浆系统,通过该套系统完成注浆,使桩底缺陷处完成回灌补强;高强度无收缩的超细水泥作为注浆料,使缺陷腔体及基岩裂隙填充饱满,该注浆料强度增长快,节省缺陷桩处理、验证时间。该技术与目前市场上普遍使用处理方法相比,在场地受限、工期较紧、存在交叉作业等复杂情况下具有更高的优势。For cast-in-place piles with sediment defects,use a pneumatic hole cleaner to“cut”the sediment at the defect area,lift it up and discharge it to achieve the purpose of sediment cleaning;The grouting pump and water pressure expansion sealing device form a grouting system,which completes the grouting and reinforces the defects at the pile bottom through this system;High strength and non shrinkage ultra-fine cement is used as grouting material to fill the defect cavity and bedrock cracks fully.The strength of this grouting material increases rapidly,saving time for defect pile treatment and verification.CoMPared with commonly used processing methods in the current market,this technology has higher advantages in complex situations such as limited space,tight construction period,and the presence of cross operations.
