土压平衡机械顶管出洞综合关键技术研究

摘　　要：顶管出洞的安全质量控制在顶管施工中占据相当重要的地位,其成功与否直接关系到整个工程的成败。针对土压平衡机械顶管出洞所面临的技术问题,采取在洞口区域土体和既有管线联合加固技术、综合采用复合式延伸导轨、机头管刚性连接和主顶千斤顶纠偏三项技术,保证了顶管机出洞过程安全和质量。The safety and quality control of pipe jacking and tunneling plays a crucial role in pipe jacking construction,and its success or failure directly affects the success or failure of the entire project.This technology addresses the technical issues faced by soil pressure balancing machinery in tunneling.It adopts a combined reinforcement technology of soil and existing pipelines in the entrance area,a comprehensive use of composite extension guide rails,rigid connection of machine head pipes,and correction of deviation by the main jacking jack,ensuring the safety and quality of the tunneling process of the jacking machine.
