摘  要:隔膜是锂离子电池(LIB)的重要组成部分,对电池的容量、循环、耐久性以及安全性能等特性有较大影响。聚烯烃微孔膜具有良好的机械强度、化学和电化学稳定性高、低成本、高孔隙率和适当的热关断性能,,被广泛用作LIB隔膜。但聚烯烃微孔膜存在高温热收缩和电解液润湿性差等问题,降低了电池的安全性和电化学性能。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)及其共聚物具有优异的电化学稳定性、化学稳定性、加工性能、介电性能等,通过在聚烯烃隔膜上涂覆PVDF及其共聚物,可显著改善隔膜的热稳定性和润湿性能。本文综述了PVDF及其共聚物涂覆聚烯烃隔膜的研究进展,并对PVDF及其共聚物涂覆聚烯烃隔膜的发展方向进行了展望。Separator is an important part of lithium-ion battery(LIB),which has a great impact on the capacity,cycle,durability and safety performance of the battery.Polyolefin microporous membranes are widely used as LIB separators due to their good mechanical strength,high chemical and electrochemical stability,low cost,high porosity,and appropriate thermal shutdown properties.However,polyolefin microporous membranes have problems such as high-temperature heat shrinkage and poor electrolyte wettability,which reduce the safety and electrochemical performance of the battery.Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)and its copolymers have excellent electrochemical stability,chemical stability,processability,dielectric properties,etc.,and the thermal stability and wetting properties of the separator can be significantly improved by coating PVDF and its copolymers on the polyolefin separator.In this paper,the research progress of PVDF and its copolymer-coated polyolefin separators is reviewed,and the development direction of PVDF and its copolymer-coated polyolefin separators is prospected.
