摘 要:在新型化工分离技术中,渗透汽化膜分离技术是一种新型膜分离技术,广泛应用于食品、医药、电子、新能源等领域。NaA分子筛作为无机多维度笼状材料,由于其高效的选择吸附性、优异且均一的三维晶面结构,成为渗透汽化分子筛膜得以规模化制备和生产的重要前驱体物种。采用溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法等手段使无机载体材料表面的NaA分子筛晶体化,形成高性能的分子筛膜材料,成为制备渗透汽化分子筛膜的重要途径以及规模化工业应用的重要前提。本文概述了渗透汽化分子筛膜的合成反应机理,阐述高性能渗透汽化NaA分子筛膜制备过程中的影响因素、渗透汽化分子筛膜的研究进展和工业化应用现状。Among the new chemical separation technologies,pervaporation membrane separation technology is a new type of membrane separation technology,which is widely used in food,medicine,electronics,new energy and other fields.As an inorganic multi-dimensional cage material,NaA molecular sieve has become an important precursor species for the large-scale preparation and production of pervaporation molecular sieve membranes due to its efficient selective adsorption and excellent and uniform three-dimensional crystal plane structure.The crystallization of NaA zeolite on the surface of inorganic carrier materials by sol-gel method and hydrothermal synthesis method to form high-performance zeolite membrane materials has become an important way to prepare permeation vaporized zeolite membranes and an important prerequisite for large-scale industrial application.In this paper,the synthesis reaction mechanism of pervaporated zeolites is summarized,and the influencing factors in the preparation of high-performance pervaporated NaA zeolites,the research progress and industrial application status of pervaporated zeolites are described.
