摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药传承创新发展的关键影响因素及其逻辑关系,为现代中医药事业发展提供参考。方法:综合文献研究成果和专家访谈梳理影响现代中医药传承创新发展的因素,运用解释结构模型分析影响因素之间的关系,进行层级划分。结果:构建了包含10个要素、3个层级的递阶结构模型;模型以宏观环境3个因素为基础条件的宏观层影响因素,以组织系统5个因素为组织建设的中观层影响因素,以现代技术创新等为技术创新的微观层影响因素。结论:政策的制度化、中医药组织的社会化、社会的技术化3个关键影响因素形成了层次网络关系;用树形结构描述,宏观政策制度化是网络的根节点,组织社会化是网络的枝干分叉点,社会的技术化是叶节点。Objective:To explore the key influencing factors and their logical relationships in the inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and provide references for the development of modern TCM.Methods:Based on literature research and expert interviews,the factors influencing the inheritance and innovative development of modern TCM were identified and analyzed using the interpretative structural modeling(ISM)to determine their hierarchical relationships.Results:A hierarchical structural model was constructed,consisting of 10 elements and 3 levels.The model includes macro-level influencing factors such as the macro environment,meso-level influencing factors such as organizational systems,and micro-level influencing factors such as modern technological innovations.Conclusion:The institutionalization of policies,the socialization of TCM organizations,and the technologization of society form a layered network relationship.In a tree structure,macro policy institutionalization is the root node,organizational socialization is the branch node,and social technologization is the leaf node.
