摘　　要：综合医院是中医药传承创新发展的重要工作阵地。目前“发挥综合优势,坚持承中融西,建设特色专科”已成为综合医院发展规划中的指导思想,综合医院在中医药传承创新事业中的重要性正在不断加强。作者通过分析综合医院中医药工作管理现状,梳理综合医院中医药管理工作面临的关键问题,针对性提出“综合医院设立中医部”管理模式,以期进一步完善中医药高质量发展。General hospitals are important bases for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Currently,the guiding principle in the development plan of general hospitals is to"utilize comprehensive advantages,adhere to integrating TCM with Western medicine,and build specialized departments."The significance of general hospitals in the TCM heritage and innovation endeavors is increasingly being emphasized.This study analyzes the current management status of TCM in general hospitals,identifies the key issues faced in TCM management,and proposes a management model of"establishing a TCM department in general hospitals"to further enhance the high-quality development of TCM.
