摘  要:目的:完善床位资源精细化管理,提高床位资源利用率及运营效率,赋能医院高质量发展。方法:以复合指标“BCI指数”替代原有的“平均住院日”纳入临床科室的月度绩效考核指标库进行绩效引导与监测,基于BCI指数评价模型绘制“CMI值-床位利用指数”波士顿矩阵图、加权秩和比(WRSR)分析模型综合评价床位资源配置的合理性及床位运行效率,并运用SPSS软件对各学科BCI指数的描述性统计分析结果给出床位调整的意见方案。结果:对床位配置失衡的学科,给出相对合理的调整区间建议。结论:基于BCI指数评价模型的床位配置优化方案,可避免资源浪费、运营效率低下等问题,客观系统地平衡学科床位需求。Objective:To improve the refined management of bed resources,enhance bed resource utilization and operational efficiency,and empower the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods:The composite index"BCI Index"replaces the original"average length of stay"in the monthly performance assessment indicator library of clinical departments for performance guidance and monitoring.The BCI index evaluation model is used to draw the"CMI value-bed utilization index"Boston matrix chart and the weighted rank-sum ratio(WRSR)analysis model to comprehensively evaluate the rationality of bed resource allocation and bed operation efficiency.SPSS software is used to perform descriptive statistical analysis of the BCI index of each discipline,providing bed adjustment recommendations.Results:For disciplines with imbalanced bed allocation,relatively reasonable adjustment interval recommendations are given.Conclusion:The bed allocation optimization plan based on the BCI index evaluation model can avoid issues such as resource waste and low operational efficiency,and objectively and systematically balance the bed needs of different disciplines.
