摘　　要：[目的]了解影响患者对移动医疗服务信任的因素及其作用机制,为提升在线患者信任提供参考依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对具有移动医疗服务使用经验的600位患者进行调查,构建结构方程模型,探讨在线患者信任的影响因素。[结果]除个人信任倾向对在线患者信任不存在显著影响外,其他因素对在线患者信任的总效应依次为制度保障(0.725)、医生可信度(0.491)、医院可信度(0.319)、网站可信度(0.221)和感知风险(-0.119)。[结论]制度保障、医生可信度、医院可信度、网站可信度对在线患者信任产生正向影响,感知风险产生负向影响,且制度保障对在线患者信任的总效应最大,应有针对性地从以上5个方面提升在线患者信任,进而促进移动医疗发展。Objective To explore the factors and mechanism of influencing patients trust in mobile medical services,and to provide the reference for improving online patient trust.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 patients with experience in using mobile medical services,and a structural equation model was constructed to explore the influencing factors of online patient trust.Results Except that personal trust tendency had no significant effect on online patient trust,the total effect of other factors on online patient trust was institutional guarantee(0.725),doctor credibility(0.491),hospital credibility(0.319),website credibility(0.221),and perceived risk(-0.119).Conclusions Institutional guarantee,doctor credibility,hospital credibility,and website credibility have a positive impact on online patient trust,while perceived risk has a negative impact.Institutional guarantee has the largest total effect on online patient trust.Online patient trust should be improved from the above five aspects to promote the development of mobile health care.
