摘  要:采用钾碱母液对铝土矿进行高压溶出,考察了反应温度、溶出时间、钾碱浓度、配料分子比、石灰添加量对氧化铝溶出效果的影响。结果表明,在反应温度280℃、钾碱浓度240 g/L、配料分子比1.5、反应时间1 h的条件下,赤泥中铝硅比降到了1.06,Al_(2)O_(3)实际溶出率可达64.61%。添加CaO会降低Al_(2)O_(3)溶出率,但赤泥碱含量也同时降低,赤泥中硅的主要存在形式为KAlSiO_(4)。High-pressure dissolution of bauxite was carried out using potash mother liquor to investigate the effects of reaction temperature,dissolution time,potash concentration,ingredient molecular ratio and lime addition on the alumina dissolution effect.The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 280℃,potash concentration of 240 g/L,ingredient molecular ratio of 1.5,and reaction time of 1 h,the aluminum-silicon ratio in red mud decreased to 1.06,and the actual dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3) could reach 64.61%.The addition of CaO will reduce the dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3),but the alkali content of red mud is also reduced at the same time,and the main form of silicon in red mud is KAlSiO_(4).
