摘  要:针对铝电解槽运行过程中槽况监测参数单一的问题,开发了铝电解槽多参数在线监测系统,对阳极电流分布、槽壳温度、阴极钢棒温度在线监测,改变过去由于监测参数单一导致槽运行状态监测存在滞后性的不足,实现生产过程精细化控制。系统采集数据至系统数据库,分析数据准确判断铝电解槽动态工况。通过系统试验,证明系统可以克服复杂环境带来的影响,为电解槽运行状态诊断提供有效依据。To address the issue of single monitoring parameter in the operation of aluminum reduction cells,this paper has developed a multi-parameter online monitoring system for aluminum reduction cells.It overcomes the lack of lag in operational condition monitoring due to the single monitoring parameter in the past by enabling online monitoring of anode current distribution,reduction cell shell temperature and cathode steel collector bar temperature,thus achieving refined control of the production process.The system collects data into the system database,allowing for accurate analysis to assess the dynamic operating conditions of aluminum reduction cells.Through systematic experiment,the system has demonstrated its ability to overcome the impact of complex environment,thus providing a sound basis for the diagnosis of the operating status of reduction cells.
