摘  要:本文介绍了某330 kA铝电解系列节能改造实践,借助磁流体稳定性提升、“健康长寿命”内衬热平衡匹配、上部集气效率提高、电流密度提升和槽控系统升级等多种技术措施,深挖电解槽节能增效潜力。改造实施完毕并重新投运后,结合电解槽焙烧启动优化和生产运行工艺技术条件管控优化,电解系列电流效率提高超过2%,铝液直流电耗由改造前的13182降至12501 kWh/t-Al。This paper introduces the energy-saving transformation practice of a 330 kA aluminum potline.By utilizing various technical measures such as improving the magnetic fluid stability,matching the"healthy long life"lining heat balance,improving the superstructure gas collection efficiency,intensifying the current density and upgrading the pot control system and so on,we aim to deeply explore the potential for energy-saving and efficiency improvement of the potline.After the transformation and recommissioning,combined with the optimization of the pot baking start-up and production process technical conditions,the current efficiency of the potline was increased by more than 2%,with the DC power consumption of aluminum liquid reduced from 13182 to 12501 kWh/t-Al.
