摘　　要：在探讨人工智能与灵魂的关系时,概念建构主义视角为人们提供了一种深入的理解方式。当前弱人工智能并未被赋予、也不需要灵魂。然而,随着技术的不断进步,强人工智能的到来可能引发对灵魂概念的重新思考。在这一新的时代背景下,灵魂可以被重新定义为数据、计算和交互的集合,并建构所谓的“灵魂智格”。同时,对“轮回说”“中介说”等灵魂概念的话语重设也为人们提供了新的视角。这些变化不仅将影响人们对人工智能本质的理解,也将引发对其在后人类社会中角色定位的新思考。更重要的是,这种新的概念建构还将对人工智能的伦理和道德责任产生深远影响,为未来的科技发展提供新的道德和伦理参考。从概念建构主义的视角来看,人工智能与灵魂的关系是一个动态发展的过程,随着技术的进步和时代的变迁,这一关系可以不断被重新定义和解读。When exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence and the soul,the conceptual constructivist perspec⁃tive provides us with a deep understanding.Through the exploration of the multiple connotations of the concept of soul,we find that in the current stage of weak artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence has not been endowed with and does not need a soul.However,with the continuous progress of technology,the advent of the era of strong artificial intelligence may lead to a reconsid⁃eration of the concept of soul.In this new era,the soul can be redefined as a collection of data,computation,and interaction,constructing the so-called"soul intelligence."Meanwhile,the conceptual reset of soul discourse,such as"reincarnation theory"and"mediation theory,"also provides us with a new perspective.These changes will not only affect our understanding of the es⁃sence of artificial intelligence but also lead to new reflections on its role in post-human society.More importantly,this new con⁃ceptual construction will also have a profound impact on the ethics and moral responsibility of artificial intelligence,providing new moral and ethical references for future technological development.Overall,from the perspective of conceptual constructiv⁃ism,the relationship between artificial intelligence and the soul is a dynamically developing process that can be continuously re⁃defined and interpreted with technological progress and changing times.
