从虚论治慢性复发性口腔溃疡

摘　　要：口腔溃疡是一种常见的口腔黏膜溃疡损伤性疾病。该病病因复杂,复发率高,对患者的饮食、说话等均有一定影响。以20年的临床经验为基础,通过辨证、辨体、辨病的中医辨证方法,认识到该病多为“上虚不足”,导致反复发作,并通过补虚升提的方法治疗,取得了较好的效果。Oral ulcer is a common oral mucosal ulcer injury disease.The etiology of this disease is complex,with a high recurrence rate,and it has a certain impact on the patient's diet,speech,etc.Basing on 20 years of clinical experience,focusing on the way of syndrome differentiation,body differentiation and disease differentiation,the author realized that the disease is more prone to"deficiency on the upper syndrome",and leading to recurrent attacks of the disease.The author believed that better results can be obtained by Deficiency and Ascending Qi to treat the disease.
