艾灸疗法联合生精汤治疗肾阴亏虚型难治性特发性少弱畸精子症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸疗法联合生精汤治疗肾阴亏虚型难治性特发性少弱畸精子症的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月于赣州市人民医院接受治疗的难治性特发性少弱畸精子症患者64例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中医艾灸疗法联合生精汤治疗,2组均连续治疗2个月。比较2组治疗前后精子密度、精子活力、精子形态异常率、中医证候积分及临床疗效情况。结果:治疗后,2组精子浓度、向前运动精子百分率(PR)均提高,精子形态异常率均降低,且观察组精子浓度、PR均高于对照组,精子形态异常率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸疗法联合生精汤治疗肾阴亏虚型难治性特发性少弱畸精子症具有较好临床疗效,能够促进患者临床症状的改善,提高精子密度、活力,降低精子异常率,提升精子质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion therapy combined with Shengjing Decoction in the treatment of refractory idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia with kidney yin deficiency.Method:A total of 64 patients with refractory idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia who received treatment at Ganzhou people's hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 32 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion therapy combined with Shengjing Decoction.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 months.Compare the sperm density,sperm motility,abnormal sperm morphology rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the concentration and PR of sperm in both groups increased,while the abnormal rate of sperm morphology decreased.The concentration and PR of sperm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the abnormal rate of sperm morphology was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy combined with Shengjing Decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory idiopathic oligoasthenozoospermia with kidney yin deficiency.It can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,increase sperm density and vitality,reduce sperm abnormality rate,and improve sperm quality.
