摘　　要：分析在编校标准政策实施背景下编校标准执行的现状,剖析学术期刊标准化和规范化建设存在的问题,指出学术期刊编校标准执行中构建社会支持网络的意义.学术期刊编校标准的社会支持涵盖政府部门支持、相关社会团体组织支持、学术期刊所在单位及从业人员支持、同行评议专家及老一辈编辑学家支持、舆论支持等.编校标准执行中的社会支持是由不同主体审视自我、改善行为、重构相互之间关系的过程,在此过程中,政府有关部门具有示范与主导作用,甚至在一定程度上决定了社会支持的状态和水平.This paper analyzes the current situation of editing standards implementation in the context of the implementation of the redaction standards policy,analyzes the problems existing in the standardization and standardization construction of academic journals,and points out the significance of building a social support network in the implementation of editing and proofreading standards of academic journals.The social support for the editing and proofreading standards of academic journals includes the support of government departments,relevant social organizations,institutions and practitioners of academic journals,peer review experts and older generation editors,and public opinion guidance mechanism.The social support in the implementation of editing and proofreading standards is a process in which different subjects examine themselves,improve their behavior,and reconstruct the relationship between them.In this process,the relevant government departments play an exemplary and leading role.To a certain extent,the relevant government departments determine the state and level of social support.
