摘  要:虚拟现实技术提供三维环境模拟和实时交互,开发沉浸式手术仿真系统有利于提升医生的手术技能,提高手术培训的效率并缩短学习曲线。本文基于Unity 3D虚拟现实开发平台和HTC VIVE头盔,利用Virtual Reality Toolkit工具包进行交互,设计肾脏切除术的仿真场景和手术所需的器械,开发了沉浸式肾脏切除术仿真系统。结果表明,利用该系统有利于医学生体验肾脏切除术流程。Virtual reality technology provides three-dimensional environment simulation and real-time interaction.Developing an immersive surgical simulation system is beneficial for improving the surgical skills of doctors,improving the efficiency of surgical training,and shortening the learning curve.This article is based on the Unity 3D virtual reality development platform and HTC VIVE helmet,using the Virtual Reality Toolkit toolkit for interaction,designing a simulation scene and surgical instruments for nephrectomy,and developing an immersive nephrectomy simulation system.The results indicate that using this system is beneficial for medical students to experience the process of nephrectomy.
