摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加二氢杨梅素(DMY)对湖羊羔羊生长性能、营养代谢和瘤胃微生物蛋白合成的影响。试验选取48只体态良好、体重[平均体重为(25.31±1.18)kg]相近的4月龄纯种湖羊公羔进行饲养试验,将所有试验羊随机分为4组,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、400(400DMY组)、800(800DMY组)、1200 mg/kg(1200DMY组)DMY,每组12只,单栏饲养。饲养试验90 d,其中预试期15 d,正试期75 d;消化代谢试验10 d,预试期5 d,正试期5 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,800DMY组终末体重、平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),且料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)800DMY组干物质表观消化率与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05),3个试验组有机物表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),800DMY组、1200DMY组中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组与400DMY组(P<0.05),800DMY组、1200DMY组酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05)。3)3个试验组粪能与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。同时,400DMY组、800DMY组、1200DMY组总能表观消化率则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)在800DMY组中,尿氮含量显著低于对照组、400DMY组和1200DMY组(P<0.05)。同时,800DMY组的沉积氮和氮沉积率显著高于对照组、400DMY组和1200DMY组(P<0.05)。800DMY组微生物蛋白合成量与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05)。根据以上结果得出,将适当剂量DMY添加到湖羊羔羊的育肥饲粮中表现出提高平均日增重,并降低料重比的效果,同时提升粗饲料利用率,提高能量利用效率及机体氮沉积效率,对于湖羊育肥具有积极意义。在本试验条件下,饲粮中DMY的适宜添加量为800 mg/kg。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary dihydromyricetin(DMY)supplementation on growth performance,nutritional metabolism,and rumen microbial protein synthesis of Hu lamb.A total of 48 four-month-old purebred Hu lambs,exhibiting good physical condition and similar weight,were chosen for the feeding trial.All experimental sheep were divided into four groups.The diets were supplemented with 0(control group),400(400DMY group),800(800DMY group)and 1200 mg/kg DMY(1200DMY group),with 12 animals in each group.The feeding experiment lasted 90 days,with a 15-day pre-trial period and a 75-day trial period.Digestive metabolism testing occurred over 10 days,with a 5-day pre-trial period and a 5-day trial period.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the 800DMY group exhibited a significant increase in final body weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),accompanied by a notable reduction in the feed-to-gain ratio(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM)in the 800DMY group was markedly enhanced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the apparent digestibility of organic matter(OM)in all three groups surpassed that in the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the 800DMY and 1200DMY groups was notably higher than that in the control and 400DMY groups(P<0.05).A markedly improve in the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was observed in the 800 DMY and 1200DMY groups compared with the control group(P<0.05).3)The fecal energy in the three groups experienced a significant decrease compared with the control group(P<0.05).Consequently,the total apparent digestibility of the 400DMY,800DMY,and 1200 DMY groups was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The 800DMY group exhibited the lowest urinary nitrogen among the experimental groups,demonstrating a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).As a consequence,the 800DMY group demonstrated the highest nitrogen depositi
