不同比例陈化稻谷替代玉米对肉兔生长性能、肠道形态及养分表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同比例陈化稻谷替代玉米对肉兔生长性能、肠道形态及养分表观消化率的影响。选取体重相近、健康的35日龄新西兰白兔240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂由陈化稻谷替代基础饲粮中25%、50%和100%玉米的3种试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)各组之间肉兔末重、平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,25%陈化稻谷替代组死亡率降低了16.70%(P>0.05),25%陈化稻谷替代组和50%陈化稻谷替代组腹泻率均降低了37.51%(P>0.05)。2)各组之间十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及绒隐比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,25%陈化稻谷替代组和50%陈化稻谷替代组干物质、总能、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素的表观消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05),100%陈化稻谷替代组以上指标和粗脂肪表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,肉兔饲粮中陈化稻谷以低于50%的比例替代玉米对肉兔生长性能和饲粮养分消化无不良影响。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different proportions of aged rice replacing corn on growth performance,intestinal morphology and nutrient apparent digestibility of meat rabbits.A total of 240 healthy New Zealand white rabbits of 35-day-old with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 rabbits per replicate.The rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,while those in the experimental groups were fed diets in which aged rice replaced 25%,50% and 100% of the corn in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the final body weight,average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of meat rabbits among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the mortality rate in 25% aged rice replacing group was decreased by 16.70%(P>0.05),and the diarrhea rates in 25%and 50% aged rice replacing groups were decreased by 37.51%(P>0.05).2)There were no significant differences in the villus height,crypt depth and villus height to crypt depth ratio in duodenum,jejunum and ileum of meat rabbits among all groups(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibilities of dry matter,gross energy,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin in 25%and 50% aged rice replacing groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),while the above indices and ether extract apparent digestibility in 100% aged rice replacing group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the proportion of aged rice replacing corn less than 50% in the diet for meat rabbits has no adverse effects on the growth performance and digestion of dietary nutrients of meat rabbits.
