摘  要:为了研究现场施工中混凝土碳化深度的影响因素,依托赵楼雅苑安居项目,对C30、C35、C40、C45不同标号的混凝土主体进行现场检验,分别得到不同龄期、不同配比的混凝土碳化深度数据。以混凝土碳化深度为评价指标,采用灰色理论分析各因素对混凝土碳化深度的影响程度。最终得出对混凝土碳化深度的影响因素从小到大依次为砂率、矿粉量、水胶比、粉煤灰量、楼层高度、龄期。同时得出在本工程中所选现场构件测定中混凝土碳化深度与水胶比、粉煤灰量、楼层高度呈负相关,与砂率、矿粉量、龄期呈正相关。In order to study the influencing factors of concrete carbonization depth in on-site construction,this paper relies on the Zhaolou Yayuan Anju project to conduct on-site inspection of concrete bodies of different grades such as C30,C35,C40 and C45.The carbonization depth data of concrete at different ages and ratios were obtained.Taking the carbonization depth of concrete as the evaluation index,the gray theory was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the carbonization depth of concrete.Finally,the influencing factors on the carbonization depth of concrete from small to large were sand rate,mineral powder content,water-glue ratio,fly ash amount,floor height and age.At the same time,it is concluded that the carbonization depth of concrete is negatively correlated with the water-glue ratio,fly ash amount and floor height in the determination of the selected on-site components in this project,and positively correlated with the sand rate,mineral powder amount and age.
