摘  要:地基处理采用刚性桩桩网复合地基往往是应用于深厚软土层中,且对沉降有较为严格的控制要求。地铁路基对沉降要求较为严苛,尤其是在路基面上铺设轨道时,工后沉降根据轨道铺设类型的不同细分为:有咋轨道线路不应大于200 mm,过渡段不应大于100 mm,沉降速率不应大于50 mm/a,无咋轨道线路不应大于20 mm,差异沉降不应大于10 mm。严苛的沉降要求使得设计者应对刚性桩的作用原理十分熟悉,设计观念中不应仅采用传统的柔性桩设计思路,桩长穿透软弱土层,进入持力层即可,应选择合适的计算理论去应对精密的工后沉降要求。通过分析多种沉降计算方法,并结合实际工程案例,选取较适用的刚性桩沉降计算理论。The use of rigid pile net composite foundation for foundation treatment is often applied in deep soft soil layers,and has strict control requirements for settlement.The subway subgrade has strict requirements for settlement,especially when laying tracks on the subgrade surface,post construction settlement can be divided into different types based on the type of track laying,the length of the track should not exceed 200 mm,the transition section should not exceed 100 mm,the settlement rate should not exceed 50 mm/year,the distance between the track and the track should not exceed 20 mm,differential settlement should not exceed 10 mm.The strict settlement requirements require designers to be very proficient in dealing with the working principle of rigid piles,the design concept should not only adopt traditional flexible pile design ideas,the pile length penetrates through weak soil layers,just enter the load-bearing layer,appropriate calculation theories should be selected to meet the precise requirements of post construction settlement.This article analyzes various settlement calculation methods,and combined with actual engineering cases,select a more applicable theory for calculating the settlement of rigid piles.
