摘　　要：由于现阶段城镇燃气管道在老旧城区或交通繁忙地段的开挖施工代价巨大,因此探索如何利用原有管道路由实施燃气管道改造具有积极且实际的意义。依托重庆渭沱工业园凉申路燃气管道修复项目,采用CIPP翻转内衬法开展实例应用,分析了CIPP翻转内衬工艺原理,对比了不同非开挖管道修复工艺技术特点,论述了CIPP翻转内衬修复燃气管道的工序流程、关键环节、施工要求和质量问题。实践表明,CIPP翻转内衬可为城镇燃气管道预防性修复提供可行的技术选择,当前施工操作水平高低和应严格遵守的注意事项对保障燃气管道修复效果至关重要,本次施工经验可为后期同类工程提供借鉴。Due to the excavation cost of urban gas pipelines in old urban areas or busy traffic areas is huge at present,exploring how to use the original pipeline routing to implement gas pipeline renovation has positive and practical significance.Based on the Liangshen Road gas pipeline repair project in Chongqing Weituo Industrial Park,the CIPP flipped lining method was used for practical application.The principle of CIPP flipped lining technology was analyzed,the characteristics of different non excavation pipeline repair technologies were compared,and the process flow,key links,construction requirements,and quality issues of CIPP flipped lining repair for gas pipelines were discussed.Practice has shown that CIPP flipped lining can provide a feasible technical choice for preventive repair of urban gas pipelines.The current level of construction operation and the matters needing attention that must be strictly followed are crucial to ensuring the effectiveness of gas pipeline repair.The construction experience of this project can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
