摘  要:采用不同型号的氯化聚乙烯(CPE)对聚丙烯材料进行改性,研究了其对聚丙烯(PP)复合材料主要性能的影响。结果表明,不同型号的CPE对PP复合材料的缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,尤其是PP共混材料的低温缺口冲击强度有较大影响,冲击强度可以提高50%以上;CPE的较佳用量是10份,用量过高,与PP材料的相容性变差,会使PP复合材料的性能呈下降趋势。Different types of chlorinated polyethylene are used to modify polypropylene materials.The influence of these additives on the main properties of polypropylene composites was studied.Through blending modification research,the results show that different types of CPE have a significant impact on the notched impact strength,tensile strength,and elongation at break of polypropylene composites,especially on the low-temperature notched impact strength of polypropylene blends.Impact strength can be increased by more than 50%and the preferred dosage of CPE is 10 parts.If the dosage is too much,the compatibility with polypropylene will become significantly poor,which will lead to a downward trend in the performance of PP composites.
